We are working on becoming an in-network provider for many other networks such as Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Cigna, United Health care and many more. However, this is a time-taking process. You may ask your insurance company regarding out-of network policy and/or re-imbursement of cash pay services.

We do provide cash pay services and can provide you with an invoice to be submitted to your insurance company. Please contact us for any further questions.
